This Privacy Policy describes how Relentless Forge LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Mochi mobile application (the "Service"). Mochi is designed to be played without an account, and we collect as little information as possible.

1. Information We Collect

Mochi can be played entirely without an account. To save your progress, a random device identifier is generated and stored locally on your device. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive a privacy-preserving identifier that lets you sync progress across devices — we do not receive your name or email unless you explicitly choose to share them.

We use the limited information described above to save and sync your game progress, operate and improve the Service, and address technical issues. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Advertising

Mochi displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. You can remove ads at any time through an in-app purchase. For details on how Google uses data when you use our Service, please review Google's privacy and advertising policies.

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
